n1jl Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the n1jl platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the n1jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the n1jl Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and n1jl ("n1jl," "we," "us," or "our"). n1jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the n1jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of n1jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by n1jl or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

n1jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at n1jl's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on n1jl, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all n1jl accounts:

• You may hold only one (1) active account on the n1jl Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n1jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify n1jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• n1jl may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the n1jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). n1jl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The following terms apply:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the n1jl cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your n1jl wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. n1jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of KYC procedures. n1jl aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control.
• n1jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• n1jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

n1jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• n1jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to amend its terms, at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, n1jl's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the n1jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical events. n1jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error, n1jl will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal procedures.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet selections before confirming.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n1jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to n1jl immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the n1jl Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of n1jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of n1jl content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n1jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. n1jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n1jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n1jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination

n1jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if n1jl reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. n1jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR.

13. Amendments

n1jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the n1jl Platform. Where changes are material, n1jl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
